Manage instructor fee codes
When to use this procedure
Follow the steps below to establish and maintain fee codes (a flat rate or a percentage) for your instructors. These fee codes are attached to class schedules and appointments and determine the amount that the instructor is paid for that class/appointment.
Steps to complete
Select from the options below to manage your instructor fee codes.
- On the Add/Change Instructor Fee Codes window, click Add.
- Enter a description for the fee code in the Fee Description box.
- If an instructor will receive a specific dollar amount, enter that amount in the Dollar Amount box. If the instructor will receive a percentage of the fee charged for the appointment/class, enter that amount in the or Percentage box.
- Click Save.
- On the Add/Change Instructor Fee Codes window, select the fee code you want to change in the grid.
- Revise the description or dollar amount/percentage as necessary.
- Click Save.
- On the Add/Change Instructor Fee Codes window, select the fee code you want to delete in the grid.
- Click Delete.
